Distribution:

How much notice do I have to give?
This may vary depending on the time of year etc, but normally we can start delivery within 7 to 14 days from receipt of the Order Form.

What are your payment terms?
Payment should be made prior to the start of your distribution.

Who delivers my material?
We have dedicated teams, who work under the supervision of our managers, reporting to head office on a regular basis.

How do I deliver my material to you?
Your material should be sent to our distribution office  - it is sometimes possible for us to collect your stock if we are In the area.

Does EF Distribution have to print my advertising material prior to distribution ?
No, most clients have items already printed, however we are pleased to provide quotations based on your requirements.

How do I know my items have been delivered?
verification reports are available within 5 days of completion, We send a Report out to every Client.

How much does distribution cost?
We quote each job on an individual basis.


Print & Design:

How Quick can i get my printing?
Turnaround on Print is normally 5Working days but if you need it quicker please contact us & we will try our best to help.

I need a Design the next day?
If our Design Team are not very busy we maybe able to do this depending on the amount of design work involved.
